Return & Refund Policy – Wooden Veda

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped or moved to production.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours or once the product is shipped/produced are generally not accepted except in exceptional cases approved by Wooden Veda.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • Inspect products immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify the delivery personnel at once and contact Wooden Veda customer support within 3 days.

  • Provide photos or videos as proof. Fragile item claims require unboxing video evidence.

  • Verified claims entitle you to a return, replacement, or repair, whichever Wooden Veda deems appropriate.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Return Process

  • After approval, Wooden Veda will arrange for product pickup at no extra cost.

  • Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement or repair will be initiated based on product availability and issue severity.

  • Refunds are not typically offered unless explicitly approved under exceptional circumstances.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • All return shipping and handling charges in case of Wooden Veda's fault will be borne by Wooden Veda.

Warranty

  • Wooden Veda products come with a warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects for 36 months from delivery (unless otherwise stated).

  • The warranty does not cover issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper assembly, or exposure to elements.

  • Warranty claims must be reported through customer support with sufficient proof. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

  • Wooden Veda is not responsible for delays or damage once the product is delivered as per your order details.
